Working Process of Bio Organic Fertilizer Production Line

The organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment from raw materials collection to organic fertilizer packaging.

1. Organic Materials Fermentation Process

This preliminary but indispensable process uses compost turners (self-propelled or hydraulic) to mix compost and accelerate fermentation speed.

2. Crushing Process

Compost lump materials are ground before granulation using vertical chain crushers or double-shaft horizontal crushers. This step can be omitted if materials are fine enough.

3. Mixing Process

Raw materials are mixed using horizontal or vertical mixers to ensure uniform composition.

4. Granulator Process

The core of the production line where disc granulator machines create evenly sized fertilizer granules based on customer requirements.

5. Drying Process

Rotary drum drying machines reduce moisture content to less than 25% when raw materials exceed this threshold.

6. Rotary Drum Cooling Machine

Cools fertilizer granules to enhance particle strength and durability.

7. Rotary Drum Screening Machine

Separates finished granules from oversized particles that require secondary crushing and granulation. Includes coating to prevent fertilizer sticking.

8. Packaging Process

Fertilizer packaging machines provide automatic quantitative bagging. Auxiliary equipment includes belt conveyors and bucket elevators for material handling.
